My friend named his Melandru's Stalker "Wenis." He claims it is the skin on your elbow.

I believe it is something Chandler refers to at work on Friends. It's an acronym for something.

"I'm looking at the WENIS, and I'm not happy!"

Actually. It is many things.

A) Wenis was the ninth king of the 5th Dynasty. He ruled Egypt from 2356 till 2323 BC. During his reign, successful trade expeditions were conducted with neighboring nations. An inscription raised at Elephantine shows a giraffe that was brought to Egypt with other exotic animals for ancient Egyptians, during Wenis' reign. Another drawing found on a discovered vase shows battle scenes during his reign. There was a major famine during this time. Wenis had two wives, Queen Nebet, who was the mother of Prince Wenisakh, and Queen Khenut. The king was buried in Saqqara in a marvelous tomb with walls covered with the "Pyramid Texts".

D) The skin on your elbow is refered to as "Wenis". I can't find any official documentation so I am assuming it is NOT a medical or anatomy term. Perhaps it began as slang for penis and the people who "created" the word tried to get away with calling it the skin on their elbow.

But, I don't consider it a Bad or Innappropriet word. The first thing I thought of when I read it was the Eqyptian God. A word for "Penis" came second but that is because my two year old prounounces the word similar to "Wenis". As for elbow skin... Well, as least now I can tell people to "Lick my Wenis".
